Pork Chops are excellent for grilling. Our steps here show you how to grill perfect chops on the grill every time. Steps: When chops are seasoned let them come to room temperature for no more than five minutes. If chops need to thawed before cooking make sure that is done in the refrigerator overnight especially if frozen. 1. Choose pork chops, boneless or with bone, that are about one inch thick. If you can't find them in your market buy a pork loin or tenderloin and slice it into pieces one inch thick. 2. Marinate chops with Jake's Kiwi Lime Marinade for 1-2 hours. 3. Preheat the grill to medium. 4. Grill the chops, turning every few minutes and rotating as needed on your grill. Cook following the temperature chart below. Be careful not to overcook. Many people are still concerned about parasites with under-cooked pork, but because of years of breeding they are virtually gone and pork is now so lean it is far more likely to overcook than anything else. Let rest on a foil-covered platter for five minutes before serving. Serve.
