Well, the verdict is in from the jury.

Everyone (45 adults) at my bbq loved the rub! I applied the rub on my tri-tip and chicken. I made tri-tip sandwiches and a lot of my friends were very impressed with the tri-tip. Some didn't used bbq sauce on their tri-tip sandwiches! That is saying a lot. The chicken and tri-tip came off the bbq grill with so much flavor, all night I kept hearing from the food gallery how good the bbq was. I will definitely buy again for future bbqs.

Early Adopter!

This is great I get to be the first one to tell about this Kiwi Raspberry Marinade. I saw your blog about the Roast Chicken with Kiwi Raspberry Demi Glace and ordered some bottles. This was better than I ever imagined. The recipe was easy to make and the results were fantastic. The chicken was moist with this great flavor of raspberries and lime. What an elegant and unique combination. I plan on using the remainder on burgers and salads, o.k. maybe not so elegant but good.

What a wonderful product, I'll be buying more....

I was on a camping trip with my buddies when one of them pulled out a jar of Jake's. He slathered it on some steak meat and chicken and pan fried them. I thought after that amazing flavor, the rich smoky smell when being cooked, and the exceptional moistness of the chicken we'd surely be on the watch for bears all night. Breakfast came and I was looking for that sack of food containing the BBQ, and yes, the bears had come through but the barbecue was untouched. I devoured the rest wrote down the website and purchased as soon as I got back. If you want to be astonished... get this sauce! I'm a convert for life.
